Here are 4 Focus Points you need to incorporate into your work schedule:
(In brackets, is the amount of time per week you should dedicate to each activity)
.Focus #1 - Money Making Activity (40%) Decide how many hours a week you can dedicate to money making activities, then book those hours into your calendar before you do anything else.
.Focus #2 - Team support Activities (40%) This is one area of your business where you could creep in and suck up alot of your time and energy. Get your team active in company events - meetings, excursions, etc
.Focus #3 - Administrative Activities (15%) As your business starts growing, these are the first things you need to start delegating - when you free up your time from administrative activities, and put your energy more into money making and team building, you'll keep your business growing and yourself from burning out.
.Focus #4 - Sharpen Your Saw Time (10%) Learn the skills and Ideas that help you get better and better results in your business.

Lastly - A Simple Exercise YOU can do to get a handle on your business - Write down what you are currently doing in each of these 4 key areas of your business. - Try to establish how much of your time you spend in these key areas. - Where is your time going?
By slowly shifting your focus away from administrative duties (worrying about the finer details of your business), you could instead focus on team building and money making, so that you can see your business grow.
